# Region answers, verified WebSockets and long requests

Week ending November 5, 2026.

- **Runtime.** WebSockets are verified end to end, including a connection left idle for 70 seconds and messages the server pushes. Streaming responses and requests that run 10 minutes or more are verified too.
- **Catalog.** Recipe search and `ample recipe` answer region questions directly: apps run in the USA and Europe, with the USA as the default.
- **Catalog.** Recipes are worked examples and every one can be planned, older revisions included. A search with no match points to `ample plan` and `ample deploy`, which handle any repository in a supported stack.
- **Deploy.** Apps that bind a fixed port redeploy cleanly, and an app made public after its first deploy gets its own ample.run address.
